What we collect
When you use the Free Trial form, we collect your name, phone number, preferred branch, and preferred time slot. When you submit a testimonial, we collect your name, review text, rating, and (optionally) the branch it relates to. We do not collect payment or financial information through this website — memberships are paid for in person at the branch.
How we use it
Trial booking details are used to contact you and schedule your free session, and are shared internally with the relevant branch team. We use a third-party WhatsApp notification service (CallMeBot) to alert our staff when a new trial is booked. Testimonials are reviewed by our team before being published on the site — submitting a testimonial does not make it public automatically.
How we store it
Your information is stored in our database and is accessible only to authorized Sky9 Fitness staff and administrators. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate city, device type and whether a trial booking was made. It sets cookies for this purpose; it does not tell us who you are, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Separate session cookies keep our staff logged into the admin panel.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've submitted (e.g. a trial booking or testimonial) by contacting your branch directly or reaching out via the Contact page.
Terms & Conditions
Membership policy
Sky9 Fitness follows a strict No Freeze, No Transfer, No Refund policy. Memberships cannot be paused, transferred to another person, or refunded once purchased, regardless of attendance. Please choose your membership duration carefully before purchase.
Free trial
Free trial sessions are offered subject to availability at each branch and are limited to one trial per person. Booking a trial does not guarantee a specific time slot — our team will confirm your session by phone.
Facility use
Members are expected to follow branch-specific gym etiquette and safety guidelines, and to use equipment responsibly. Sky9 Fitness reserves the right to suspend access for members who violate facility rules or behave inappropriately toward staff or other members.
Pricing
Prices listed on this website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. GST, where applicable, is charged extra. Please confirm current pricing with your branch before purchasing a membership.
Website use
This website and its content (text, images, and videos of our facilities) belong to Sky9 Fitness Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information on this site accurate, but branch timings, pricing, and availability should be confirmed directly with the branch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.
